Shipments:

There are two options for receiving the order. Please select the option on the payment page.


1. Pick up collection
Self-pickup is possible if the item is in stock by telephone arrangement in advance, after you have received a notification By email/whatsapp because your order is ready.Company address: Kfar Julis - North Israel, phone: +972-526390428 When placing the order, you must select the self-pickup option and you will not be charged shipping fees.
2. Home delivery
Home delivery cost 25 NIS.
Order delivery time: 3-7 business days excluding Saturdays and holidays.
A courier will arrive at the requested address for delivery.The messengers on Sunday-Friday at 8:00-18:00 and holiday eves at 8:00-12:00 Canceling an order after it has been sent - you will be charged shipping fees

Exchange, return and cancellation of a transaction

Cancelling a transaction:

A transaction can be canceled starting from the moment the order is placed (cancellation on the spot) and up to 14 business days from the moment the shipment is received upon presentation of the purchase invoice, And everything is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 1981. The item must be returned to the company address (Kfar Julis) with the item closed in its original packaging and with the label, and that it is without damage, and/or defect, and/or body odors and/or perfume, and that it has not been used in any way. An item that is returned and does not meet the above requirements will not be awarded the customer with a refund and/or any other credit.

Canceling a transaction will be possible according to the instructions below:

  • Cancellation of a transaction before the order is sent by the company - upon cancellation of the transaction, the customer will be entitled to a refund as stated below.

  • Cancellation of a transaction after the item has already been sent, a cancellation message must be sent via WhatsApp/email appearing on the contact page here on the website, within 48 hours of receiving the item, detailing the reason for the return. Canceling a transaction will be possible after the customer receives a message from the company confirming this via WhatsApp/email.​

  • Ways to return an item:

  • Bringing the item to the boutique address: Kfar Golis St.: 20 Albanias by prior arrangement and up to 14 business days from receipt. Return through the courier company at a cost of NIS 25.

  • All costs involved in returning an item to the company will be borne by the customer.

  • Return / Exchange / Exchange The return of an item will be possible up to 14 business days from the day of receipt of the item, subject to presentation of an invoice, and provided that it has not been used.

  • The item must be returned to the company address with the item in its original packaging with the label, and without damage, and/or defect and/or body odors and/or perfume.
